How We Do It

 All items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In stock items will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Handmade/Custom items will ship withing the timeframe indicated on the product listing.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Your satisfaction is very important.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve any issue that is brought to our attention.

  1. Non-Customized merchandise may be returned, with prior authorization, for refund within 7 days of receipt and in original purchase condition.

  2. No returns are accepted on custom or personalized merchandise except for defects.

  3. Returns for any reason other than damage or assembly defect, processing/shipping errors (i.e. wrong style, item, size or color) will be at the expense of the customer.

  4. Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned with prior authorization within 7 days of receipt.

  5. After 7 days merchandise can be returned with prior authorization for merchandise credit or exchange. 

  6. Items returned without prior authorization will be assesed a 25% re-stocking fee.

  7. To request a return authorization please contact us and provide your order number and reason for return.

Our Policy

Handmade /Custom merchandise -  Any defect or repair needed due to assembly will be made at no charge to the customer.  Please note that slight irregularities & variations in the color and/ or shape of natural stone beads are common and are not considered defects. 
All other repairs will be made for a small fee and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
